Job Description:

• Management Reporting – Financial Performance, Variance Analysis, Costs & Margins, Work closely with the PEG business in formulating Budgets & Long-Term Plans
• Monitor the status of projects including cash-flow, contributions etc.
• Ensure integrity of costs, income, forecasts and budgets
• Co-ordinate with commercial team for issue of payments to Vendors and assist financial closure of contracts
• Monitor project milestones for income recognition and invoicing
• Provide financial / commercial advice especially in areas pertaining to regulatory requirements
• Co-ordinate with Corporate Legal Department for Drafting & Finalizing Commercial Agreement
• Tracking & Keeping Receivables under Control
• Working Capital Requirements
• Monthly Stock Reporting

Candiate Profile:
Qualification: CA Inter with 6.8yrs of exp with some exposure in the area of Project Accounting.

Taxation

Company Profile: Automotive Major
Location: Bangalore
Job Profile:

1. Hands on Experience in Direct and Indirect Taxes:

• Corporate Taxation such as Income Tax, Withholding Tax, TDS, Wealth Tax, Assessments, Correspondence with the dept etc
• Tax Audits & TP Audit exposure
• Exposure on Transfer Pricing , Filing of Returns & Assessments
• Co-ordination and interaction with Tax officials at Assessment level

2. Indirect Taxation- Excise:

• Working Knowledge of VAT Operations, Interaction with Departments, Drafting replies to notices, letters & statutory Compliance under Excise laws, Audits.

3. Indirect Taxation- VAT/CST/Entry tax etc:

• Working knowledge of KVAT/HVAT/ CST/ Entry Tax, Assessments, All correspondence with Department, Statutory Compliance , Professional Taxes etc

4. Exposure in Customs law is added advantage.

Candiate Profile:

CA with 2- 5yrs of exp
