• Preparation of Weekly Report

1. Running the request of Weekly report
2. Download the report and converted into excel file and make it consolidate file
3. Verifying the report with physical documents for checking the correctness of data
4. Updating the Chapet Head, Nature of products and work sheet for weekly production format
5. Filing the weekly report through online

• Preparation of Excise Documents

1. Preparing ARE1 for Export Documents
2. Preparing ARE 3 Documents
3. Intimation to the excise department for self removal of export
4. Preparing CT1 Certificate for GBT & obtaining Certificate from Excise
5. Preparing Proof of Export Documents
6. Filing of ER1 & ER6 Documents to excise
7. Verifying CENVAT Report with Physical Documents

• Maintaining the Service Tax Register

1. Updating in the Service Tax Register
2. Updating the BB Number for all Service Tax Bill

• Spool the all ledger account from the system
• Spool the PLA Register
• Converted in to excel format
• Compare the data from RG23 part II/PLA to Ledger and reconcile
• Reconcile the data of GL with ER1 Balance

Candidate Profile:

B.Com with around 2-3yrs of exp

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance to their policies and procedures at divisional, corporate, regional and plant level
• Ensure SOX compliance
• Administering ICRQ & ensuring closure of non compliant items.
• Coordinating risk assessment process
• Preparing plant level policies/ procedures effecting internal controls
• Ensuring closure of various issues arising out of CAS audit, APQ/HQ review

Candidate Profile:

• Chartered accountant with around 4-5 years of experience in Internal Control, specially in manufacturing
• Exposure to Indian and US GAAP
• The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably, candidate should possess ERP knowledge.
• Experience of Audit in US Multinational
